Policies

We want your experience with us to be perfect and we have found communicating some of our policies in advance helps answer many questions ahead of time.

~ Due to our demand, a $1500 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your session $350 goes towards the session fee and the rest is applied to your order.
~ The session fee is non-refundable but may be applied towards a rescheduled session within 6 months with a 24-48 hour cancellation.
~ Please reschedule if your child is sick or unusually cranky.
~ Due to our limited session availability, complete art orders must be placed on the same day or before holiday card orders to receive the 30% discount on card pricing.
~ Please be prepared to schedule a 1-2 hour ordering appointment approximately 5-7 days after your portrait session. This appointment will be held in our studio where we will assist you in making your portrait selections. Please make sure all decision makers will be present. We suggest you arrange for a babysitter for small children.
~ All portraits 8×10 and larger are mounted and signed by Kimberly Wylie.
~ Non-ordered images will be held for an additional 45 days after your session date. ALL ordered images will be archived for your safe keeping at multiple locations at no additional fee. After 45 days, non-ordered images will be discarded.
~ 8.25% Texas sales tax is applicable on all orders unless shipped outside of Texas.
~ The customer will be charged shipping and handling if any items are shipped.
~ All orders must be paid in full at the time of placement or a payment plan will be arranged.
~ Due to the personalized nature of our business, all orders are non-refundable once full or partial payment is received.
~ Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
~ Please allow 6-8 weeks for your order to be processed. Your portraits are an investment and an heirloom that should not be rushed.
~ Prices are subject to change.
~ All images remain the property of Kimberly Wylie Photography and are protected by federal copyright laws. Copying of any kind without permission is strictly prohibited.
